Sleep Please

restful sleep eludes me still.  It has been 1 week now and I have had 15 hours of sleep total for the week.  the laundry list of things I am taking, over the counter and prescribed is becoming quite long.  Talked to the Dr today and he says he is  stumped.  The last thing he prescribed me was suppose to knock out a horse...me...nothing.  to boot the Dr thinks I had a small heart attack this past week so it was test and blood work on friday and a stress test coming up.  next step...sleep clinic.

I never thought I would hear this old hippie say it but...NO MORE DRUGS!!!!!

yes i am busy in the studio with painting and of course doing the digital painting and more vector zombies for my book.  I will admit that it does get me going but unlike 30 years ago I can't pull a month of all nighter and live to tell about it!

yeah you heard it here first...it sucks getting old!

Happy Valentine's Day...sucka's

On this wonderful day of love, when we shower our loved ones with flowers and candy...it reminds me of a joke.

A son asked his mother the following question:

'Mom, why are wedding dresses white?'  The mother looks at her son and replies:

'Son, this shows your friends and relatives that your bride is pure.'

The son thanks his Mom and goes off to double-check this with his father.

'Dad why are wedding dresses white?'

The father looks at his son in surprise and says:

'Son, all household appliances come in white.

So Happy V Day all!

Snow day!!  a good day to work on paintings and take my daughter sleading.  It looks nice but is hanging heavy on the trees.

Wonderful Gadget

I am coming to a better understanding of how blogger works.  I just found a very nice little gadget one of my fellow deviants on Deviantart.com  wrote.  It allows me to show thumbnails from my DA page and provide a direct link!!  very cool!!  a big wonderful thanks.  Worth a look through more gadgets on blogger to see if theres one for you.  This little app will make my life sooo much easier!!  might do one for crackbook also.

Eternal Love

a recent vector on the heels of the new Twilight movie.  Vamps seem to be hotter than ever.  Daybreakers is out this week.  next you know they'll clone Buffy for another romp.
